so serious issues, i'm so worry when i see this picture, i just afraid someday this children will died because they don't have food to eat...
you are right yana..may be they no have choice,and come from poor family.this more happened at outside country especially like india,the amount of people there so many and increased.we can see the childrens begging at streets to get food or money.this child was neglected from their parents.
